Warranty & Guarantee

Lucky Painting Limited offers a 2-year Warranty on all of our Painting Services and a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

1.       Warranty Details:

“Natural Defects” means defects that occur due to temperature changes, settlement or moisture issues. For greater certainty, Natural Defects include, without limitation: (i) cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction; (ii) discolouration or change in the appearance of materials caused by the accumulation of dirt or other particulars; and/or (iii) damage caused by weather conditions or other acts of God.

1.1.    Subject to the limitations set out in Section 2.0 below, all painting services are warranted and guaranteed to be free from Defects (excluding Natural Defects) for a period of 2 years from the date of completion of such painting services (the “Warranty”).

1.2.    The Warranty includes the labour and materials required to rectify the Defect.

1.3.    During the Warranty period, Lucky Painting Limiteds’ responsibility to customers is limited to correcting the Defect within a commercially reasonable timeframe at Lucky Painting Limiteds’ sole cost and expense. Under no circumstance shall Lucky Painting Limiteds be required to issue a refund during the warranty period.

2.       Limitations:

2.1.    The Warranty in Section 1.0 does not apply to:

  • Natural Defects;

  • Defects caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance by customers;

  • Any Defects arising from workmanship done prior to a Lucky Painting Limiteds service, including touching up work; and/or

  • Any Defects that arise from paint or stain that is not purchased, approved and qualified by Lucky Painting Limited.

2.2     Customer agrees that Lucky Painting Limited shall have no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whether such damages arise in tort, contract or otherwise out of or in connection with the painting services.
